Cooking Day

Well, losers, I spent the day wandering among three rooms: laundry, kitchen, and office!! Most of the time was spent in food prep, and I will admit that in-between dishes I was a little lazy! However, I did get 15 Italian turkey sausage balls baked, 13 very lean ground beef patties (a la Liz), fresh carrot sticks, and a large amount of onions/mushrooms sauteed to use with the beef patties. I think I have everything cooked for the rest of the week, except the yellow squash, which I'll steam in a little while. I had the best supper.....beef patty smothered in onions and mushrooms, chunks of baked potatoes, steamed broccoli, carrot stix, and a bottle of water.

Speaking of water, I had forgotten how being on plan (100 oz. water daily) kept me in the bathroom! I've spent about half a day going, going, and going! LOL Just remember, everytime that happens, you are washing out the toxins and hydrating your skin and hair. So drink, drink, drink!!!! (water, that is!)
