I almost forgot to post! Good news....I've lost what I had gained when I was off plan for 6 days, plus .8 more of another lb.!!! I've now also lost 16 inches in the 5 places I'm measuring. Chest: 3"; Both upper arms: 2" each; waist: 5" and Hips: 4", for a total of 16 inches and 13.8 lbs.!!! Woo-hoo!!! It's just a drop in the bucket, but it is a DROP!!! Happy losing! Liz
