This has been a week. After spending all day Monday trying to get back home from Burbank with flight delays, changed planes, changed itinerary, a longer flight time, and finding I had to eat 4 meals of protein bars, I was not sure what that would do to my weight loss, BUT it was fine. I did lose both 1 pound and 1 inch this week, so that was a welcome surprise. That makes a total of 143 lbs. lost on this program and 200.75 inches lost. See you here next week!!
