111th Week
This week, I also increased my walking from the usual 2 miles in 30 mins. to 3.5 miles in 50 minutes on one day and on alternating days I do 4.25 miles in 60 min. Since I'm such a klutz, I just walk in the house. My orthopedic dr. did not want me using a treadmill unless it happened to be manual and totally flat. That comgination is hard to find, so I just put on the old walking shoes and make laps throughout my house!! It is making a tremendous difference in my SHAPE, and I love it. I did lose 1 lb. this past week and 2-1/2 inches!!! So the walking is really paying off. That means I have 18 more lbs. to lose to get to my initial goal. As I've mentioned before, I may want to lose 10 more lbs. and try to get down to a size 12. I'll just have to see when I get there!!!

Liz, thank you so much for being an inspiration. You and I e-mailed a couple of times in the past. I finally purchased my program. I need to lose weight even more now. I found that I have serious health problems and I am going to have grand children in the near future. Please think of me while I try to figure it all out. I am not an organized person.
