Missed Meals?

Associate BMOS Tenderpaw at 6/5/2005 9:56:40 AM~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ RE: Had to miss a meal...what next? skip one and go to the next or eat both together? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We never double-up on meals; eating them closer together than 2hrs apart is usually counterproductive.In the situation you describe, if it has been more than 2.5hrs since your "missed" meal time, you don't need to force yourself to eat the missed meal and then stay up late to eat the other(s). We normally recommend eating the missed meal as soon as possible and proceeding, yet if it gets to be time for the following scheduled meal and the "missed" one is still unconsumed it's okay to let it go -especially if it's getting late in the day.
