Just remember not to look at this way of eating as temporary (a diet), but as a permanent, lifetime way of eating healthy, with just a few strays for special occasions when you reach your goal. We, in this country have been so blessed with plentiful food, jobs, etc., that we do take for granted what we have and then misuse it. I know I certainly did. Because I COULD eat out, my late hubby and I did that ALL the time, but I can remember a time long ago, when eating out was a once-a-month TREAT, and when we ate very simply with lots of fresh fruits and veggies and a little bit of meat (because it was so expensive). Our economy has blinded us to the fact that we really need to go back to those simpler ways of eating, which will maintain our weight losses and keep us healthier at the same time. I've decided SWBM is the best attitude adjustment around!!!
