What a Difference 2-3 years make!!


















As you can see from the first picture at my retirement part on May 1, 2001 to the second picture taken in July 2005, I had lost 138 lbs. The third picture was taken in 2001 and the fourth picture was taken in May 2005. To date I have lost 146 lbs. on the Michael Thurmond Six Week Body Makeover, and a total of 181 lbs. in all since 2001. The 5th photo was one of the professional pictures taken by World Alchemy for the Michael Thurmond Six Week Body Makeover 2005 infomercial.

    Liz - last night I downloaded my "before" pictures taken on 1/23. Then I searched for a dream body and found a virtual model that I am using in my journal. But today I found you! What an inspiration! I love the plan and you instantly seemd to be the mentor I was looking for. I would love to communicate with you, and am looking forward to seeing you on the infomercial!!
