Infinite Meal Planner, Rapid Results & 6DMM

The book you are referring to is the Infinite Menu Planner. You use this with your Fast Track Menu Card to make your meals. The use of the Infinite Menu Planner and your Fast Track Menu Card are explained in the video that came with your kit as well as in the My Custom Eating Plan section of your book. By the way, I noticed on another post that you mentioned starting with the 6 Day Mini Makeover (6DMM). Please do not use that or the Rapid Result (RR) meals for the first 6 weeks as they are very restrictive and can have the opposite effect on your metabolism. Use the regular meals to allow your body to adjust to the new way of eating and you will have great results. The 6DMM is meant to be used no more than once every 6 weeks. After the first 6 weeks, you may incorporate RR meals. We recommend no more than 1-2 RR meals per day, not consecutively, and not before nor after a workout.
